These terms apply when you use kingdomofbeauty.ae and when you buy products from our online shop. The website and shop are run by Kingdom of Beauty, Villa 306, King Abdullah Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street, Al Bateen, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. By using the website you agree to these terms.

1. Treatments and bookings

Treatments shown on the website are booked through our online booking system, WhatsApp or by phone. They are not sold through the online shop. The salon's booking terms, given when you book, apply to your appointment.

2. Prices

Shop prices are in AED and do not include VAT: 5% VAT is added at checkout, and you see the full total before you pay. Treatment prices shown on the website are in AED and include 5% VAT. Prices may change. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order or book. If a product is shown at a clearly wrong price, we will contact you before sending it, and you may cancel for a full refund.

3. Orders and payment

Your order is accepted when we confirm it. If a product is out of stock, we will tell you and refund you in full. Card payments are processed securely by our payment providers, and we do not store your card details.

4. Delivery and returns

Delivery is explained in our Shipping Policy and returns in our Refund Policy.

5. Using products safely

Please read the instructions and ingredients before use. If you have allergies or sensitive skin, or are pregnant, test a small area first or ask your doctor. Stop using a product if it causes irritation.

6. Website content

The text, photos, logo and designs on this website belong to Kingdom of Beauty and may not be copied without our written permission. Information on the website is for general guidance and is not medical advice.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. Apart from those rights, we are not responsible for losses caused by using a product against its instructions, or by events outside our control.

8. Privacy

How we use your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

10. Changes and contact
